When Almost Family, Inc., a leading regional provider of home health nursing and personal care services, purchased Florida-based home health care service provider Mederi, Peritus was brought in to develop a corporate communications plan for the acquisition. We went on to build a meeting tool kit that helped Almost Family deliver its message to all Mederi employees and facilitate a smooth transition.
