Residential Sales Solid; Experienced Team Leading Efforts
LOUISVILLE, KY (January 16, 2008) - The sales and design center for Louisville's most exciting new downtown development is now open seven days a week.
The Museum Plaza Sales and Design Center is now open Monday through Friday from 10-6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1-5 p.m. The sales and design center located at 707 West Main Street has been open by appointment since late October 2007, when developers broke ground on the 61-story skyscraper. Sales so far have been solid – over 20 units have been reserved with down payments.
The revolutionary project offers 159 residential units ranging from open studios to a 7,800 square-foot penthouse. Visitors to the 6,000 square-foot sales and design center can view various kitchen and bath models. The sales and design center also showcases the panoramic views of the Louisville Skyline and waterfront that residents will enjoy from the various levels in the building.
Sales efforts for Museum Plaza are led by Molly Swyers and Nikole Droppelman. Swyers, Museum Plaza’s Director of Sales and Marketing, most recently worked as Director of Merchandising for the multi-billion dollar retailer Gap Inc., where she implemented a new operating platform for the company. Droppelman, Sales Manager for Museum Plaza, brings to the sales team a successful background in upscale real estate. She most recently worked in the North Lake Tahoe region of California as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker.
