LOUISVILLE, KY (July 2, 2007) - Peritus Public Relations would like to congratulate Proof on Main, located at 21c Museum Hotel, for being named "Best New Restaurant Since 2006" (readers' choice) by Louisville Magazine's annual Best of Louisville Awards.

Proof was also recognized by the magazine for Louisville's "Best Signature Cocktail", the Jalapina. Proof on Main is part of 21c Museum Hotel, and these awards represent yet another accolade for the restaurant, as it was named one of the "Best New Restaurants 2006", by Esquire.
