Negotiations will now begin on the project grant agreement for the $490 million dollar project slated to break ground in late October and to be completed in late 2010. The TIF Commission is set to meet on October 16, 2007 to consider the project grant agreement.  “On behalf of the entire development team we are so pleased with the outcome of this evening’s vote, this project is moving forward,” said Craig Greenberg.
