With a strong reputation in the student housing industry over the past 30 years, Capstone Communities expanded their portfolio to include conventional multifamily projects with a new urbanism focus on cottage-style concepts. Peritus developed a media strategy to expand the firm’s industry and local market presence by securing coverage in local and industry-leading publications like Forbes, AL.com, Birmingham Business Journal, Business Alabama and Huntsville Business Journal. In addition to gaining media traction, we developed a social media strategy to coincide with media coverage and built digital engagement to further establish Capstone’s new industry specialization.
